CHESAPEAKE, VA — Authorities were dispatched to a crash Monday afternoon on part of southbound Interstate 464 in Chesapeake, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The accident happened at mile marker 0.2, near the I-64 interchange and Roosevelt Memorial Park. It was first reported by VDOT at 2:13 p.m.
At this time, it remains unclear what led up to the collision or how many vehicles were impacted, but motorists were advised of delays in the area.
No injuries have been confirmed following the event.
