SUFFOLK, VA – First responders in Suffolk were called to the scene of a three-vehicle crash that downed power lines near the Portsmouth border this morning.

According to 13 News Now, the incident took place on Hampton Roads Parkway near the intersection with Lee Hall Avenue shortly before noon.
