CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — In a tragic incident on Monday evening, a fatal two-vehicle collision occurred on Interstate 664 in Chesapeake. Resulting in the unfortunate death of 19-year-old Lauryn Ni’Kole Leonard. The crash happened just before 6 p.m. in the southbound lanes of I-664 near South Military Highway in Bowers Hill.
