News: Motorcyclist, 29, killed in multi-vehicle crash on S. Rosemont Blvd.
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – A motorcyclist was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in the Windsor Woods neighborhood on Sunday evening, according to WAVY.
Virginia Beach police say 29-year-old motorcyclist was splitting the lane on South Rosemont Street at about 6:22 p.m. when his motorcycle entered the intersection with South Plaza Trail and was struck by another vehicle.
The rider was rushed to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later. It is unclear whether anyone in the passenger vehicle sustained injuries as a result.
Investigators believe speed played a role in the deadly crash.
