VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – Police have arrested a 23-year-old Portsmouth resident in connection with a deadly crash on Shore Drive late last month, according to The Virginian Pilot.

The incident, which took place at about 4:15 p.m. in the 1200 block of Shore on September 29th, involved three vehicles. The suspect attempted to pass in the left lane and struck two other cars, one driven by 24-year-old woman, who died when her vehicle careened into tree.
