Fatal Wrong-Way Crash on London Bridge Road Leads to Charges [VIRGINIA BEACH, VA]

A devastating wrong-way collision on London Bridge Road in Virginia Beach has claimed the life of one man and left others with serious injuries. Following a thorough preliminary investigation, authorities charged Marroquin-Herrera with manslaughter, driving under the influence (DUI), and two counts of possession of fictitious identification. The Virginia Beach Police Department’s Traffic Safety Unit is continuing to investigate the crash to determine all contributing factors.
