Norfolk Man, 26, Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Hampton Boulevard [Norfolk, VA]

A 26-year-old Norfolk man died Friday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle on Hampton Boulevard in Norfolk, according to the Norfolk Police Department. Officers were called to the 8000 block of Hampton Boulevard near the intersection of Baker Street at approximately 4:20 p.m. on June 19, 2026, for a report of a crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle. When officers arrived, they found David J. Graciani suffering from life-threatening injuries. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead from his injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. The Norfolk Police Traffic Unit is handling the investigation, and authorities say alcohol does not appear to be a factor. The crash remains under active investigation, and no further details have been released at this time.
