A serious accident unfolded Thursday afternoon when a car and an Amazon truck collided in a Norfolk crash, causing one vehicle to erupt in flames and the other to flip over, landing just feet from a nearby residence. “This could have been far worse,” Louis noted, surveying the damage to his yard. “We need some form of intervention—maybe speed bumps or more consistent police enforcement—before someone loses their life.”
