Billy received his B.A. degree in 1975 from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and his J.D. degree in 1978 from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA.
Through the ensuing years of practicing law at many prestigious firms, it became clear that Billy has a natural affinity for tackling the toughest personal injury cases and taking them to trial with remarkable results.
