Virginia Attorney
William D. Breit

Representation for challenging personal injury cases

Known as “Billy” to friends, clients and colleagues, Billy Breit has been practicing law for over 32 years in his home state of Virginia and in Pennsylvania.  Billy received his B.A. degree in 1975 from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and his J.D. degree in 1978 from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA.

Through the ensuing years of practicing law at many prestigious firms, it became clear that Billy has a natural affinity for tackling the toughest personal injury cases and taking them to trial with remarkable results.  He became the “go to” man for serious injury cases, not just at the firms where here worked, but across the legal community of Hampton Roads.

William D. Breit believes that serious injuries require serious attention. He and his staff handle every detail of your case with precision and care. Mr. Breit is active in the Tidewater community, supporting the essential needs of his neighbors. He is also an avid supporter of the arts.
